4 weeks

Week one: Challenge vs. Struggle

Backed by research in neuroscience and psychology, this course will focus on the things you can control and change that can prevent burnout. The biggest lesson that Nataly Kogan has learned in her research and experience is that there is a difference between challenge and struggle. Even though life is full of inevitable challenges, Nataly explains how you can reduce struggle and create a more peaceful inner life.

Week two: Self-Compassion

In this segment, Nataly breaks down what self-compassion is (and what it isn’t) and how to re-frame it to reduce suffering, struggle, and fear to do new things. Why self-compassion is the first step in loving oneself and how it's an essential part of emotional longevity.

Week three: Boundaries

Nataly redefines self-care. Self-care is not for the lazy, it’s not something you earn, it’s definitely not optional, and it’s not about getting a massage or going to the spa. Self-care is a skill of fueling your emotional, mental, and physical energy. Why saying "no" is essential and how to do it more without feeling guilty.

Week four: Acceptance and Gratitude

Nataly explains that acceptance is not resignation, but the self-love practice you’ve been looking for. And why the connection between finding true joy and having a gratitude practice are inextricably intertwined. Finally, how to keep connected with peers who will help, not hinder, your self-development journey.
