When does it start?

Soon!

January 10, 2022

How long is it?

6 weeks

2-3 hours a week with live weekly office hours to keep you motivated.

How will I fit it in?

It’s async

Our asynchronous classes fit your busy life so you can learn when and where you want.

Is this for me?

Yes.

For all abilities, body types, and fitness goals

You’ve got big health goals for this year but don’t know where to start. We’ve got a course that will reignite your love of movement. After 6 weeks with us, you won’t miss your old self.

Movement isn’t a punishment, it’s a privilege we get to indulge in everyday.

So why does exercise feel about as exciting as pushing a boulder up a hill?

Our whole lives, the patriarchy has taught us that our bodies are something to be ashamed of, something to fix with diets and supplements, or punish with soul-sucking exercise routines. This toxic message teaches us to associate our health and fitness with the way we look rather than the way we feel. (No wonder it’s impossible to stay on that treadmill).

Movement feels so good. We just forgot how to do it for fun.

This class is the reminder you’ve been looking for.

Whether you’ve put on some COVID pounds, got out of the gym habit during the holidays, or want to start for the first time. We want to help you reimagine your health journey and get started with a team of like-minded people who are ready for a fresh perspective on fitness.

In just 6 weeks we will reclaim our love for our bodies and embrace the joy that comes from movement-- not movement for weight loss or self-punishment--but moving because our bodies were made to--and it’s FUN.

Step by step guide
to moving from self-criticism to self love

6 weeks

Week one: Setting our foundation.

Why building your fitness foundation based in self-love and acceptance is the key to a sustainable fitness practice. Articulating your personal “why” that motivates you towards health with Tracey Sylvester and Natalie Borch. Why movement starts from the ground up with Nancy Myers.

Week two: Pilates for everybody and every body

Pilates can change your life, if you let it. Learn how Tracey is turning the pilates world on its head by defying body stereotypes and making pilates accessible to every body. Pro tips on planks, and how two minute abs and arms are transformational.

Week three: Just open the door and walk

Why walking is more powerful than you think and how to get involved with a local walking club. Special guest instructor, Moana Luna of EHS Pilates and SF Urban Hikes, takes us through benefits for your body and mind and how to set a walking habit that sticks.

Week four: RORYOGRAPHY!

The inside scoop on the “queer cardio for all” movement with Rory Davis and a custom dance class that will get you high on endorphins and life. Tracey and Natalie share about the fundamentals of dance and how they built their business on the idea that dancing can free your body and change your mind.

Week five: Restorative practices + tips off days

Top tricks to keep your motivation high as you rest up with Tracey and Natalie. Small but mighty hacks on routine based habits, and resetting your pelvic floor workshop with Jane Austin.

Week six: “This can’t be ‘working out!'"

The total joy and self-love explosion of the Pink Studio and why you won’t be able to resist joining us! Our best advice for moving forward and how to stick with your fitness goals by leaning on our community.

The community is equivalent to the group text that you hit up when you need a boost.

The content was really one of a kind. I felt like I couldn't find that diversity of content in one place, not in any books, or any podcast. It was just a great lens to immerse myself into.

Anne

I did come away with a new resource... an entire group of women I can call sisters. That slack channel is LIFE sometimes.

"I now feel extremely confident in my ability to navigate life’s unknowns with a strong set of values. She helped me discover my authentic self and let me tell you…once that is unlocked, there is an immense amount of pressure and stress released."
