$549

Is this for me?

Yes.

Do you hate the daily chore of feeding yourself (and your family)?

Starving? You’re not the only one.

Three out of four women have dis-ordered thoughts about food. We’re willing to bet you’re one of them.

Women have been deprived of physical and emotional nourishment for all of recorded history.

A handful of almonds and a glass of water isn’t going to cut it.

On top of shouldering the burden of feeding our families and communities day in and day out, we are exhausted from dragging around our culture’s collective baggage about food.

Our bodies literally sustain all of human life, but we are taught from an early age that to eat, we have to first battle through an arsenal of guilt and shame.

We think that is complete bullsh*t.

Let’s drop the debate about eating. Your body deserves food every single day. You don’t have to earn it, micromanage it, use portion control, calorie counting, or try to hide the fact that you have a healthy appetite.

This course is all about living fully and eating until we are full. This is the sustainable, common sense approach to eating your body has been craving.

It’s time to get dirty foraging for mushrooms. Cook according to seasonal cycles and body types. And most importantly, learn to listen to your body’s needs–and respond with love not self-criticism.

Food is nourishment, medicine, community, and love, all wrapped up in one giant, messy, burrito.

We can’t wait to dig in.

What’s
included

Messages about eating healthy have been co opted and corrupted. Between trying to count calories and remember which kinds of fat are good fats (no fats?) we’ve lost our intuition about healthy eating. It’s not your fault that you live in an echo chamber of mis-information about food, but it is up to you to make the change. And we are here to do just that.

This class is what happens when a semi-pro athlete, Ayurveda counselor, and professional chef, meets up with a certified health coach and CEO of a meal planning service. And it's the last nutrition course you'll ever need.

  • 12+ hours of content and live office hours
  • 6 recipes each week to build your cooking portfolio
  • Weekly Cook-a-longs
  • A seasonal meal plan
  • Journaling prompts for food-related healing
  • Foraging workshop and recipes to create your own teas, elixirs and dressings
  • Fundamentals of eating habits that protect yourself and the earth
  • Online, asynchronous instruction that works with your busy lifestyle
  • Annual membership to the ChairmanMe community valued at over $120

"She had great substitutes ready for our questions. Also she showed that you can cook without been precise with/on ingredients and how to use your 'eye’."

Jen

The content was really one of a kind. I felt like I couldn't find that diversity of content in one place, not in any books, or any podcast. It was just a great lens to immerse myself into.

Anne

“Kim is an amazing coach, partner, visualization master, and support system. The work we did together around perspectives was SO powerful for me. I highly recommend Kim for anyone who wants a committed coach who brings a variety of methods to each session and guides you to a much deeper place in order to bring your best self to life!"
