This course is all about living fully and eating until we are full. This is the sustainable, common sense approach to eating your body has been craving.
It’s time to get dirty foraging for mushrooms. Cook according to seasonal cycles and body types. And most importantly, learn to listen to your body’s needs–and respond with love not self-criticism.
Food is nourishment, medicine, community, and love, all wrapped up in one giant, messy, burrito.
