How long is it?

7 Weeks

2-3 hours a week with live weekly office hours to keep you motivated.

How will I fit it in?

It’s async

Our asynchronous classes fit your busy life so you can learn when and where you want.

Is this for me?

Yes.

Are you sick of tolerating toxic white masculinity?

Staying silent is no longer an option.

Find your path to empowerment with six women who faced down giants, launched a movement, and lived to tell of it (and now teach others to do the same).

Something happens at work.

You bite your tongue, keep your head down, and stay in your lane.

But then it happens again. And again

You desperately want to say something, but what can you do to actually make a difference without ringing the death knell for your career’s upward mobility?

75% of women face microaggressions at work. The stats for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ are even higher. If you fall into either (or both) of these categories. You know exactly what we are talking about.

You’ve been overlooked for a promotion, mistaken for an intern, questioned in your area of expertise, demeaned, ignored, and gaslit.

And you took the high road every single time.

But you didn’t know that the high road now comes with powerful strategies and resources for taking down corporate toxicity.

Our course is loaded with the pro tips you’ve been searching for from the country’s top social justice leaders. These courageous women exposed corrupt mega-corporations and now embolden others to follow their lead.

They broke their glass ceiling and are here to empower you to do the same.

It’s time to drop a truth bomb without blowing up your own career.

Step by step guide
to ending workplace toxicity

7 Weeks

WEEK ONE

Intro with Sarah Lacy and Kim Scott: How to wrap your head around being harmed or witnessing harm and what to do next. Exploring your options and building a community you trust. And, why this is exactly the course that corporate gatekeepers and workplace predators don’t want you to take. Finally, how to internalize your own power.

WEEK TWO

Special guest, and best selling author, Minda Harts takes a deep dive into racialized trauma in the workplace, how our tears are valuable, and how it all starts with speaking truth to yourself. It starts with debunking myths about yourself. How imposter syndrome keeps you quiet and has to go, and why all it takes is a single voice to inspire a movement.

WEEK THREE

When to Lawyer up. Expert attorneys and legislative juggernauts, Katie and Genevieve reveal the ins and outs of hiring a lawyer. Who to turn to for top-tier legal support. And the details on when to handle situations internally, and when and how to successfully take it to the courts.

WEEK FOUR

“Speaking up did blow up my career, but I’d do it again” Special Guest, and woman who sparked a protest against sexual harassment in Silicon Valley, Susan Fowler shares her inspirational story, reveals exclusive content about her personal journey, and explains that despite the infamy, speaking out was worth it--how you can do the same.

WEEK FIVE

Should I share? When to go to the press to elicit change. Navigating notoriety and determining who gets to be in the know. The key is in the choice: you are not alone and you have options. And, how your community will carry you when you feel like it's too much.

WEEK SIX

A step by step plan for when sh*t gets real. Special guest and survivor of workplace sexual harassment, Ann Lai, shares about what happens when a predator decides to end your career. She reveals how to respond when the situation escalates, when to take drastic measures. Also, how to protect your sanity while standing up for yourself.

WEEK SEVEN

Special guest, Veena Dubal, shares why speaking up is everyone’s responsibility and how collective action can take down toxicity. Also, how to survive (and even thrive) in a hostile work environment using these tactics. Why leaning on your community is key and how ChairmanMe will support you in the months to come.

"Sarah Lacy, after all, has cultivated a reputation in industry circles as a no-holds-barred truth teller, and in the ultra-monied, back-scratching world of Silicon Valley, the truth can sometimes bite."

-Marie

The community is equivalent to the group text that you hit up when you need a boost.

The content was really one of a kind. I felt like I couldn't find that diversity of content in one place, not in any books, or any podcast. It was just a great lens to immerse myself into.

Anne

I did come away with a new resource... an entire group of women I can call sisters. That slack channel is LIFE sometimes.
